Weddings at Elk River The Elk River Touring Center is located on Hwy 219 five miles from Snowshoe Mountain Resort and seven miles from the Highland Scenic Highway. Many couples who have wanted an outdoor, mountain theme have found Elk River a perfect setting to celebrate their wedding.
